Party Line Rentals is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Helper to support our operations during the busy event season. This hands-on position takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Seasonal Warehouse Helper plays an important role in preparing rental equipment for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, school functions, and other special occasions.

Responsibilities

The Seasonal Warehouse Helper will clean, inspect, and prepare rental equipment for upcoming orders. This equipment may include tables, chairs, linens, tents, staging, catering equipment, and other event-related items.

In addition, the employee will safely load and unload delivery trucks. They will also organize warehouse inventory and stage equipment for deliveries and pickups. Because accurate preparation matters, the employee must follow order details and return items to the correct storage areas.

The employee will help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized throughout each shift. For example, daily tasks may include checking equipment for damage, cleaning returned items, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for the next event.

The role also requires close communication with warehouse staff, drivers, delivery crews, and installation teams. As a result, teamwork and clear communication are important parts of the position.

Qualifications

Applicants must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy environment. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions.

Candidates must also be able to lift, carry, and move heavy rental equipment during the workday. In addition, they must follow company safety procedures while loading trucks, moving inventory, and preparing equipment.

Warehouse, delivery, or event rental experience is helpful. However, previous experience is not required, and Party Line Rentals may provide training for the right candidate.

Position Details

This is a seasonal position during Party Line Rentals’ busiest event months. Full-time hours may be available. In addition, weekend availability may be required based on the event schedule.

This seasonal position does not include benefits. However, Party Line Rentals offers competitive hourly pay based on experience.
