Seasonal Tent Foreman

Party Line Rentals – Elmsford, NY

Party Line Rentals is looking for an experienced and motivated Tent Foreman to lead installation crews during the event season. This role requires leadership, organization, and hands-on experience with tent installations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise tent installation crews on job sites
  
• Read and execute tent layouts and event plans
  
• Coordinate loading, deliveries, and on-site setup
  
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
  
• Communicate with dispatch and management regarding job progress
  
• Train and guide crew members
  
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in tent installation or similar field (construction, rigging, etc.)
  
• Leadership and crew management experience
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work outdoors and lift heavy materials
  
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Seasonal position
  
• Full-time hours, including weekends
