Event Rental Sales Specialist

Are you a motivated self-starter with a talent for sales and a passion for events? Party Line Rentals, one of the region’s top event rental companies, is looking for a full-time Event Rental Sales Specialist to join our growing team!

We provide high-quality tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, and more — everything needed to bring events to life, from backyard parties to black-tie galas.

This role requires proven experience working directly with customers to generate sales.

What You’ll Do:

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.

·         Respond to phone calls, emails, and web inquiries — and turn them into bookings.

·         Guide clients through the rental process with expert advice and product recommendations.

·         Create quotes, proposals, and rental orders.

·         Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery and service.

·         Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each event.

·         Stay current on our product offerings and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

·         Sales experience is required — preferably in events, hospitality, or rentals.

·         Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

·         Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

·         Team player with a strong work ethic.

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

·         Event/party rental experience is helpful — but not required. We’ll train the right candidate.
