Little things mean a lot. It all comes down to being organized.
Party Line HQ - Built in 2003,
we never thought we'd fill 26,000 square feet!
View of the yard & WTR from the top floor of Party Line
In this picture: color coded framework is just steps from the back of a truck. Same with tables.
Table edges are painted teal so we can tell at a glance that they belong to us (or don't)
Keeping track of chairs used to be a labor drain, now chairs are hot stamped with our logo at the factory and get a teal band on the leg
Looking down the aisle
is like looking at a map for how to load a truck
Tents are bagged or boxed to keep clean and prevent damage
When we're not washing tents the washpit comes in pretty handy for detailing trucks
Usually though it is full of vinyl
Tent Washer & Pole Racks
Power Distro & Lighting
A place for everything, and everything in it's place!
It doesn't look like this in June! By July we'll be cleaning and stocking shelves readying for the next wave
China and smalls are sanitized then bagged, Ready to Rent
We utilize carts, pallet jacks, fork trucks, hand trucks and dollies - wheels of every kind and size to make the job more profitable!
And when we can't find the tool we need, we build it. Shown - weight stack dollie
Most of you have probably heard of the Green Monster Hydraulic Stake Puller,The Monster lives here, too - all the more reason to be organized with mulitple companies under one roof - oh and Roadrunner Mobile Kitchens.
Our linen room isn't large, but it is organized!
Same with our showroom, compact but well thought out with a nice sampling of our product line
Our recent showroom renovation includes this linen rack, 75 linen samples nicely displayed in only 10 feet of wall space
Chairs hang on the wall and we now have a 'sample' tent to answer the question: "Can I see one"?
We built the custom sample frame, Anchor is making the custom tent top
Kenny building the custom sample frame
Our customer pick up area is also used as a platform to advertise our products and services and to sell retired inventory
And when we're not working really hard, we have alot of fun! Thanks Kenny!
